Guests of the ADU will be informed to never block you in as well. -- REMEMBER GATE OPENS OUTWARD TOWARD YOU! -- DRIVE SLOWLY THROUGH GATE, DRIVEWAY IS NARROW --Behind the gate parking DIRECTLY in front of the garage door is allowed in order to keep the shared driveway accessible, but parking there is tight and extreme caution and care should be taken in order to avoid damage to cars or property, we recommend only smaller cars attempt parking directly in front of the garage.
