Thank you so much for the excellent stay in Houston! Thank you for getting us in on short notice and providing a clean, comfortable, safe and relaxing place to stay while we had to go to MD Anderson. The house is absolutely gorgeous with everything provided and so many nice little thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable. The host is so kind and helpful! I am an Airbnb host and this is easily the best property that we have ever visited. The home is so clean and comfortable and they went above and beyond with amenities. From the coffee pods and snacks to the shower caps and wrapped paper products, this place feels like the Ritz Carlton. I would not hesitate to book and again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Houston area.

Nicole’s place was perfect. We had everything we needed plus more. Clean, safe, convenient and modern. Also, the beds were super comfy! Thank you for the snacks, toiletries, and peaceful surroundings. Would definitely stay here again when in Houston!

This was my first trip to Houston and I know nothing about the area. I appreciated the accurate reviews from previous guests. This was a spotless space. Furniture is very comfortable . The layout was perfect! We did not rent a car but if we had we would have appreciated that there was a garage space. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and were able to cook dinner several nights. How can I forget the welcome snacks were really nice to have! I also appreciated Nicole’s communication. Questions I had were answered quickly and instructions were clear. I would definitely stay here again if my daughter’s swimming career brings me back to Houston.! Great place!

We stayed here for a swim meet at the University of Houston. It was a bit of a walk but definitely doable and we felt safe. The house is literally a block off the edge of campus and because we walked, we didn’t have to worry about finding parking on campus. There was also a lot of construction on campus during our visit so it was just easier to walk. The home was very comfortable, the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen were all great. A lot of attention to detail and such a great host! We appreciated the snacks and coffee and just really all the little thoughtful items that you can tell she cares for her guests. We will definitely stay here again if/when we head back to Houston!

Nicole’s house is super cute and we felt like we were right at home. The house is extremely clean and very well appointed. The decor and attention to detail is amazing. The outdoor space is a great place to hang out and relax. We would 100% recommend and stay here again! Thank you Nicole!

Nicole's place was exactly as described and more! There were a lot of small details, and you can tell that she takes great pride in her place and the comfort of the guests. I had everything I needed in this cozy spot. Since I was solo traveling, the 2-bedroom guesthouse was the perfect size. I will definitely book with Nicole again! She was super responsive, accommodating, and friendly. Keep up the great hosting!

This was easily in the top 10% of AirBNBs we’ve stayed in (in terms of overall) and more like top 5% for accommodations. The two dwellings on the property are spotless, organized, and comfortable. This is a great place for a family or friend gathering. We were in town for the Houston Marathon, and I would highly recommend Nicole’s place for a marathon group. I had read that people are sometimes concerned about staying in the 3rd ward due to crime concerns, but I can assure this place felt very safe. Nicole’s place is situated between U of Houston and Texas Southern. We felt perfectly safe walking the neighborhood. Parking on property is super-safe, behind a locked gate. Walking to the Merri station for the marathon on a dark January morning felt totally safe, too. If you have a group coming to Houston for the marathon, you’ve got to consider this place. Now, the accommodations: Everything is updated— I mean everything. Kitchen fully appointed. Beautiful bathrooms. Comfy beds.

My guests and I all agreed this was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The home was spotless and truly had everything you could want. The rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well stocked—even with toiletries. The kitchen and common areas were thoughtfully designed with modern appliances, and everything was clearly labeled and impeccably organized. I found myself saying repeatedly that they really thought of everything. The backyard was lovely, and the neighborhood was quiet—likely because we stayed during Christmas break, when the nearby schools were empty. The location was central with great food options nearby, including famous Frenchy’s within walking distance. Another guest rented the back house during our stay, yet we still felt completely private, as they had separate parking. We even ended up chatting with them on Christmas night. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property. Worth every star.
